A high altitude resort offering a great combination of skiing and nightlife in a duty-free haven. Skiers, regardless of standard, will enjoy the 115km of varied runs with a single lift pass having the added bonus of accessing the ski areas in Bormio and Santa Caterina and entitling you to a discount in St. Moritz. The majority of the skiing in Livigno is above the tree-line comprising easy blue and endless red runs. From the southern end of town, a two-stage gondola takes you up to a wide, open mountain side at 2800m. The Mottolino area on the eastern side of the resort can also be reached by a 12 person gondola.
